Anthony was aboard the freight vessel 'President Madison' that was traveling from Seattle to Dutch Harbor. He was knocked overboard approximately 300 miles west of Queen Charlotte Islands, BC. He was thrown a life ring, but it nor Anthony was ever seen again.
