Description

Joseph Sgroi left his home at the Ivanhoe Apartments on 3-4-89, and he was reported missing when he did not return. Joseph left all of her personal belongings at the residence, and a follow up investigation in 1994 confirmed that Joseph never returned to retrieve his property.
