Description

Douglas was last seen driving away from a friend's house. His vehicle was located abandoned in Shawnee on tribal trust land near a thermal pond. There has been no bank account activity for Douglas on either bank account. His cellular phone is turned off. The last known contact with Douglas was on February 6, 2020 and he was reported missing on April 4, 2020.
