Juvenile believed to have exited the residence during the night through her bedroom window. Complainant is foster parent advised juvenile habitually runs away. Foster parent made possible contact with Victim Ialla, via text message, while Deputy was on the scene but Deputy could not verify the status or well being of Victim Ialla.
