Last seen on 01/01/2009 at 6:00 PM by a family member and a friend walking along railroad tracks behind Pine Street and Cedar Avenue in the town of Blades, DE. Family confirmed on 09/26/2010 that Ronald Wilkins has not been heard from or seen since January 2009 and was still missing.
