Description

Roy Takatsuki was participating in an offshore fishing tournament when he failed to return to the Haleiwa Boat Harbor at the end of the day. Takatsuki's 18 foot Boston Whaler was found adrift approximately 10 miles off Kauai, and it appeared that he was possibly fighting a fish and fell overboard. An extensive search was conducted of the area however, Takatsuki was never found.
