Description

Richard Shiroma went fishing on his 25 foot boat in waters approximately 14 miles offshore from the Heeia Kea Boat Harbor in Kaneohe. Shiroma radioed his friend who was fishing in the area that he was towing in a large marlin however, Shiroma never made it back to the harbor. His boat was later found run aground fronting the Turtle Bay Resort with the engine running, and the marlin tied to the back.
