Left Texarkana on February 12, 1991 to go to Mardi Gras in New Orleans traveling on a freight train. Witness states that Walraven jumped from the moving train possibly between Many (Sabine Parish) and Leesville (Vernon Parish), Louisiana and and has not been seen since.
