Description

Cobler was an Oregon State University scientist and PhD candidate. He was last seen aboard the Wecoma shortly after it left harbor at 8:35am. At 9am, after traveling about 5mi in a southwest direction, crew members called a life boat drill at which Cobler failed to appear. The Coast Guard was called but a search did not find him.
