Jose Luis Estrada was last seen on 12/27/2006 at his foster home in the City of Porterville. Jose was at the foster home with his brother Jaime Estrada (MP 73903) who is also listed as a missing person. Over the years investigation has revealed that it is likely that both runaway juveniles likely fled to Durango, Mexico with their biological father Jose Soto Estrada. The physical description for Jose was provided at the time of him being reported as a runaway.
