Billy was last seen at home around 1:00am and was noticed to be missing around 4:30am. Personal items were found outside including keys, beanie, and cell phone. It had rained overnight but was not raining in the morning. The found beanie was dry (not wet from rain). His car was parked strangely (sideways) in the driveway. Bank accounts haven't been used since.
