Description

Jae went fishing alone in the Carmel-by-the-Sea, California area off Highway 1 on 9/30/20 around 9AM. His car was found off Highway 1 at a fishing spot but we have not found any signs of him or his belongings after Monterey Country Sheriff Search and Rescue efforts to locate him by foot, drone, and helicopter.
