Description

Vasthi Ludin Guerra was last heard from family members in the Brownsville, TX area on or about the 15th day of February, 2020. Information obtained during the investigation was that Vasthi may have been killed in Matamoros, TAMPS, Mexico. She arrived at a residence of a distant relative in Matamoros. Family has been referred to Mexican Authorities, but they fear reporting this incident to Mexican Authorities. Family has been referred to the FBI.
