Licheng Fang was reported as a missing adult on December 18th, 2020 case # MCSO20OFF008039. Mr. Fang was last seen at the Stock Island Yacht Club and Marina (6000 Peninsular Ave, Key West, Fl, 33040) at approximately 10:00pm on 12/17/2020 while operating a blue tandem kayak. Mr. Fang's whereabouts are still unknown.
