Gary Finck's family moved him from Tigard to Estacada in 2004. On 01. 29. 10, Gary Finck was last seen in the Estacada area and possibly Washington Square Mall in the Tigard area. Gary Finck has not been seen since. Gary Finck is mentally challenged, but is self sufficient and rides the bus.
