Description

In May 2003 Patrick Penwell was last seen in the area of East Indian School and North 21st Street in Phoenix, Arizona. Patrick has not been seen or heard from since. Foul play is suspected in his disappearance. The Phoenix Police Department would like to speak to anyone who knew Patrick at any point in his life or who has any knowledge of his disappearance.
