The missing person, Joseph Edward Riche, allegedly left his residence in Neola, Iowa on the morning of 10/12/2012. There has been no social media presence and none of his relatives or close friends have heard from him since that date. Riche does not have a known history of disappearing. There is no known description of what Riche was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
