David was reported missing in 2019. The last time a family member had any contact with David was via telephone in October 2018. David stated that he was in Los Angeles, California. David seemed confused and did not know the street in which he was located. David stated he needed his birth certificate and money but never picked it up. David is known to be unhoused.
