Description

The missing person, Theodore (Ted) Jacob Patlak, was last seen by a family member in December of 1980. Ted stopped by a family member's residence in Chicago, Illinois near Irving Park and Pulaski where he asked for a drink of water and then left the residence. No friends or family members have heard or seen Theodore since this time.
