Description

Loines was passenger in a vehicle involved in police pursuit. He bailed out of vehicle in a field off of Hwy 79N. northeast of Paris TN. in Henry County. Loines was last seen running into woods. A extensive search was conducted by K9 and air at time. Other searches have taken place since. No credible sightings have been reported since this date.
