Description

The missing person, Robert Lee Brand, was seen attending church in Cuba, Missouri on 01/31/2020. He was later captured on surveillance cameras washing his vehicle in Cuba, Missouri at a local carwash. Robert's last communication with anyone was via telephone near the end of January or the first part of February, 2020. A missing person report was filed with the Crawford County Sheriff's Office on 2/09/2020. Robert's blue 2019 Chevrolet Silverado pickup and his cell phone were both located at his residence.
