Description

Kytana ANCOG was dropped off by her biological mother to her supposed biological father, Travis RODRIGUES, aka Travis HEFFELINGER on February 3, 2021. A Missing Persons report was generated for baby Kytana on February 10, 2021, after her mother could not locate her and Travis. Investigation reveals that baby Kytana was murdered by Travis, and her body disposed of at an unknown location by Travis' friend, Scott CARTER. Travis and CARTER were both arrested, however baby Kytana remains missing.
