Last seen 6300 West 11th Place, Tulsa, OK on 10/3/1991 at 1900 hours. Paula Phillips, a 26 year old black female, is the sister of Londa Phillips. The Victim left her apartment at 1900 hours on 10-03-1991 stating she was going to the store. She was never seen again. Paula and Londa may be together.
