Description

Bowers was last seen at Waylans Road Haus Bar in Worth Twp, near Lexington, MI. His vehicle was found on December 8, 1997 at the Meijer in Fort Gratiot, which is just outside Port Huron, MI. Blood was found within the vehicle. Foul play is suspected.
