John was last seen on July 4, 2021 in the Cape Horn, Concrete area of Skagit County. He is known to frequent Burlington, WA and the upriver communities of Hamilton, Concrete and Marblemount, WA. John is a transient, has no known cellular phone, and no transportation means other than a bicycle and rides from friends. He may be associated to a White Ford Tempo, but this is unverified.
