Circumstances
Samiya is believed to be the victim of a homicide. Her locked 1997 Volkswagen Jetta was found in a Grand Union parking lot at Northern Boulevard and Marathon Parkway in Little Neck on November 15. A gold necklace with a heart, said by her relatives to have been a gift from Fahid Popal, was in the locked 1997 Volkswagen.
