Last seen by his wife on the evening of Nov. 8, 1978. Mr. Witt left home in the family car possibly on a "drinking binge. " Mr. Witt's vehicle was recovered in the Denver metro area on May 11, 1979. During a search of the car Police located bone/tooth fragments, shotgun shell fragments, and blood of the same type as Mr. Witt.
