James left North Carolina and went on a weekend trip with a friend to Atlanta, GA in April 2020. He left with only a weekend bag, and he said he’d be back. He never returned, but the friend he went with did. His phone was turned off, and James has not be in contact with anyone since, including family and close friends, which is unlike him.
