The missing person, Scarlett Joy Blanco, was last seen leaving a known residence on Schuyler Avenue in Kankakee, Illinois on 5/07/2021. She was reportedly heading to the next town in Momence, Illinois. Scarlett is believed to have never have made it to Momence. She has not been seen or heard from since this time.
