The missing person, David Michael Bowers, Jr. , was last seen in Affton, Missouri on September 12, 2021. David reportedly ran from a vehicle that was parked on the lot of the Family Dollar store located at 8740 MacKenzie Road in Affton. He was last wearing a white and black hoodie, jeans, and white tennis shoes. David has dreads with blonde and green tints, multiple scars on his arms, and several tattoos including an eye image on his right thumb and a tattoo of the cartoon character Homer Simpson in an unknown location.
