Description

Mother reported MP missing after she had not seen or heard from him since May 2008. Mother stated she last saw him in Lancaster at her residence in 2008, but that she never saw or heard from him again. Resources indicate he was arrested in 2009 for a misd violation but was released from LA County Jail after 3 days and has never contacted anyone.
