Robert was last seen leaving a relative's residence in rural Scio, Oregon, on a bicycle on September 4, 2021. Robert was expected to go live with his significant other in Westport, OR shortly after he was reported as missing, but he never arrived at the residence. Extended disappearances (multiple weeks at a time) are not uncommon for Robert. He is listed as a transient but would occasionally stay with relatives.
