Scott Karsten was last seen on surveillance footage, running away from a Circle K, located at 901 Avenida Pico in the City of San Clemente, California. Scott may be confused due to a medical condition that has been worsening. A search of the nearby wilderness areas was conducted and Scott has yet to be found.
