Description

In August 1981 Michael Costlow was last seen at his residence at 1445 1/2 East Garfield Street in Phoenix, Arizona. On 09/30/81 Michael's vehicle--a blue 1971 Dodge Colt--was found locked and unoccupied in the Lake Mead area. Michael has not been seen or heard from since.
