Description

Ms. Luster was last seen in London, Kentucky during the summer of 1982. The daughter, Autumn Luster, contacted KSP wanting to report her missing. She advised she was raised by non-family members since she was 1. 5 years old. Once she got older, she realized her mother was possibly missing, and heard rumors she was killed in London, Kentucky.
