Complaint stated she last saw Pedro around 2100 hours on 1/15/2022. She was unable to provide a clothing description for Pedro. He has no scars or tattoos. She stated this was the first time he had done anything like this, and she doesn't know where he would have gone. She also stated she had no photographs of Pedro.
