Description

Carver was homeless at the time of his disappearance. He would frequent the Salvation Army, Hotel Inc. , and Room at the Inn which help provide food and shelter for homeless individuals. The last time any one could recall seeing Carver was at a church that was participating in Room at the Inn near the end of November 2020.
