On April 7, 2008 at approximately 12:00 P. M. Luis Fernando Castillo Villafana was last seen leaving his home with his girlfriend, Rosario Imelda Pachecho-Flores (NamUs #MP8657) who is also missing, in the area of West Hatcher Road and North 15th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
