Curtis "Corky" Chandler was last seen in a vehicle with Owen Clark in unincorporated Lockport, IL on 08/28/1977. Owen Clark walked into a Fire Station the following day with extensive burns all over his body. Clark was considered a suspect. Clark is now deceased.
