At approximately 1240AM, Steven was last seen leaving his residence near the 200 block of S 4th St, and he walked to the downtown/river area in Lafayette. He has had no contact with friends, family, or his employer. In 2010, Wesley Kelly pled guilty to Murder, but Steven's body had not been recovered.
