Description

Ho Ae Foster last spoke to her daughter in New York on 10/1/2003, and was last seen at her residence in Waipahu, Hawaii on 10/2/2003 by a neighbor. On 10/6/2003, Foster's vehicle was found abandoned at Yokohama Bay Beach Park with her personal belongings contained within. She has not been seen or heard from since.
