On 02/06/2018, Pascual Perez left the Daisy Ann Garden Facility in Winnetka, Los Angeles, CA and has not been located since. Perez had left the facility on two prior occasions but was located and brought back both times. It is believed Perez is attempting to make is way to Downtown Los Angeles.
