Dion was last seen with his half-brother, William Roland, who is also missing (MP9636). On 9/26/2005 around 10:00 P. M. , they were last seen around a white van in a parking lot near the Parktown Cafe near the 1700 block of Linn Street in Cincinnati, OH. Dion is from Memphis, TN and had been visiting Cincinnati one day prior to his disappearance.
