On 11/09/1999 the Desoto County Sheriff's Department received a call from the Cheyenne Police Department advising that Katherine Lowery's children were located in Cheyenne, WY with her boyfriend. Both children advised that they had not seen their mother since Feb. 1999 in Olive Branch, MS.
