Chadwick was staying at 1105 Dutch Valley Road in Oliver Springs TN he went out to make a phone call with his sister and never returned back in the home. Upon Searching Chads money and car keys were in the home and 1 flip flop and his cell phone was in the yard. No one has had any contact with him since May 2, 2021
