Description

Frank Urbick went crabbing in Puget Sound on December 14, 2017 and did not return. His vehicle was located at the 10th St. boat launch in Everett. It is believed he went overboard somewhere between Everett Marina and Hat Island. The US Coast Guard held an extensive search and found Frank's boat, but not him.
