Description

Sheila was originally reported missing in July of 2006 by her family. As reported by family, Johnson is know to frequent the southeast Los Angeles area and is believed to be homeless by choice. Although Johnson was reported in July 2006, the reporting family members have not had any contact with her for approx. 3 years.
