Description

Dodson was last seen in Big Pine Key, Florida. He had on and off again communication with family members who were all out of state. In early March 1997 Dodson contacted family members saying he was going to see his family in Maryland. Dodson's only for of transportation was a bicycle. Dodson never arrived to see family and was never heard from again.
