Description

On 01/19/2015 Segura visited with his mother in Chula Vista and later that day his mother returned Segura to his independent living home. Segura's mother became concerned when Segura did not return to collect his money, which he routinely did every week. The independent living home had not seen Segura since 01/19/2015.
