Description

Decedent found unresponsive on the street at an unknown location in Los Angeles, CA on 4/15/2011. He was transported by ambulance to a hospital and later transferred to a skilled nursing facility. He died at the nursing home on 11/23/2011. Admitting history of heart disease, right hip wound, anemia. Admitted under the name of Aurelio Sanchez with DOB of 8/24/1943 - not his real name, possible case of identity theft.
